Subscription payments will be charged to your iTunes or Google Play account and will auto-renew unless disabled in your account settings at least 24 hours prior to the renewal date. In-app purchases are non-refundable. All payments and refund requests are handled directly by Apple/Google. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time.
Our Service allows you to upload, submit, store, send, receive and share photos, videos, text, and other materials and information ("User Content"). You retain ownership of User Content, but grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, sub-licensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, and display the User Content solely for the purpose of operating the Service.
You are solely responsible for all User Content you upload, and represent that you have all rights needed to share such content without violation of any third-party rights. We do not control and are not responsible for User Content.

We reserve the right to investigate and terminate accounts found to violate these policies without refund. Severe violations may result in being banned permanently.
You can block users directly in the app to prevent them from contacting you. To report abuse, harassment, intellectual property violations or other violations, use the in-app reporting tools.
Any personal data you provide is processed according to our Privacy Policy. Profile information, messages, photos/videos will be stored until your account is deleted. You can request data deletion through account settings.
This Service may link or integrate with services provided by Apple/Google for payment processing. Use of those services is governed by their respective terms and policies.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time (including free or paid options). We do not guarantee functionality or access to the Service will remain available.
The Service and its content are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not modify, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content and branding.
We provide the Service on an "as is" basis and make no guarantees that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. You agree we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages from use or inability to use the Service.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims or liability arising out of your breach of these Terms or violation of applicable laws.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately if we determine you violated these Terms.
